Brought a SUV from the auction about a week ago. While I was driving the steering wheel locked up and shut off.
I nearly crashed. I tried to return the SUV because I was told that if I have any problem that could return it by Monday. However, after returning to the auction I was not given that option like I had previously been told. The staff acted as if it was not a major problem that my steering wheel locks while driving.
I think that cars should be throughly checked out before being sold and the staff should not tell lies in order to make a sale.
I don't think the staff thought I would come back but I paid $3,000. I deserved better service even after the purchase.
